  • Digital event passes

  • Gateway Access Keys

  • Memberships

  • Digital certificates

  • Request for Proposal (RFP) Tokens

  • Online consultations

  • Other digital services related to the Bharat Neo platform

2. Delivery of Digital Products

Upon successful payment, digital products or services will generally be delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email to the registered email address

  • SMS to the registered mobile number

  • WhatsApp (where applicable)

  • User Dashboard on Bharatneo.com

  • Any other digital communication channel specified during registration

Most digital products are delivered instantly or within 24 hours of successful payment. Certain services requiring verification or manual processing may take up to 3 business days.

3. Physical Shipping

Bharatneo.com does not normally ship physical products.

If any promotional merchandise, welcome kits, membership cards, documents, or other physical items are offered in the future, the applicable shipping charges, delivery timelines, and tracking details will be communicated at the time of purchase.

4. Delivery Delays

Delivery of digital services may be delayed due to:

  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

  • Payment verification delays
